Hello, everyone. Welcome to the Website of "Beijing Insects"! Hope you like it and support it all the time. I am Kai SUN, a Chinese guy from Beijing, China. I graduated from the Department of Biology, Beijing Normal University. Just like you all, the bugs are my favorite. In April 2002, I founded www.bjbug.com to introduce the species of Beijing to all. At beginning, I just showed bug specimens I collected for years. Although my collection is large, I started to believe the pictures of living insects are more attractive. So I began to take pictures and updated my website on and on. Fortunately, my hard work paid off. More and more bug fans browsed through the website and enjoyed the pictures. Later on, some of them, not only in Beijing but also in other provinces of China, joined me with their great enthusiasm and excellent job for insects. I believe, with our cameras, we will describe the most beautiful creatures in the world, record the changes in local species and their living environment for research in detail.
